Exercise Program

Dex has flu today, as usual, runny nose, phlegm and cough. He has only able to complete 1 cycle of the program today.

This is the backward roll.

This is forward roll, he is not in good mood today. Usually he can do it on his own.

Playschool

Tuesday and Friday are Dex playschool days, he enjoys going to school. The first thing that he does after reaching school would be painting.

Today he has water play, bubbles!

The older boy is Joel, the boy with strips shirt is Jordan and the long hair girl is Joey.

Cute

Dex grandpa bought the shoes for him when we were in Langkawi Island.

He was so cute this morning that he play the music on his computer and ask Xiao B to listen.

This is the 3rd week of Dex home program and he has finally know how to jump, we are overwhelm with this progress!

Tough?! Yes, it is. We are very pround of him. He loves doing the O2Co2, pitching, patterning, brachiation, babinski and dowel, other then these, all by force plus all kinds of techniques used to make him do it. Dex has to wake up 7.30am and daddy is the one who wakes him up every morning. Daddy is really putting in a lot of effort and enery(exercise) and time for him. This program has really bring the whole family together, including the maid too!! cos she has to replace me to do all the exercises as I am expecting right now. Lucky us to have her.

Xiao B is 7 months now in my tummy, 3 months more to go. Dex loves his little sisiter as he likes to kiss my tummy and said, "Xiao B, Xiao B, ko-ko loves you!"
